Responsibilities
As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the beauty and cosmetic industry, strong leadership abilities, and a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue goals, effectively negotiating and closing agreements.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, particularly within Hypermarkets, Chain shops, Wholesales, and other channels.
- Collaborate with the executive team to establish sales targets aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead, monitor, and analyze performance metrics, providing improvement solutions and presenting findings to upper management.
- Mentor the sales team, fostering high performance and maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Utilize market insights to develop informed sales strategies and identify areas for growth.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for presentation to the executive team.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product launches and promotions.
- Provide valuable insights to assist in the development of marketing and product strategies.
- Deliver professional presentations, including joint business partnerships, to vendors and clients.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience as a Sales Manager in the beauty & cosmetic, FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the beauty and cosmetic market.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
- Have strong connections with hypermarkets or supermarket sales channels.
