Business Partnership
Responsibilities
· Focus on 2 business areas: Business Partnership & Marketing
· Manage and executing effective Partner strategies to support business goals.
· Develop and execute Loyalty Program Partnership on the Platform to improve growth and profitability
· Develop and strengthen relationships with partners
· Explore new markets / Proactively seeking to grow partner base
· Support end-to-end operations and documents for all partnership projects to ensure all projects are delivered as planned
· Prepare weekly and monthly reports regarding partnership plans as well as all performance updates
· Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
· Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve effectiveness and achieve business goals.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the goal and messaging of the campaign are consistent.
· Manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
· Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
Skills and Qualifications:
· At least 3-5 years of experience in product owner, CRM, partnership, marketing or similar roles.
· Excellent negotiation, relationship management and collaboration skills.
· Proficiency in CRM systems and ability to manage relationships effectively with digital tools.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously, mixing long-term projects with the urgency of immediate demands.
· Strong conceptual thinking to develop new strategies & innovative projects.
· Entrepreneurial mindset, Self-motivated, independent, values teamwork, and strong determination to get things done.
