Sales Director - International

  Job description : 

• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base  
• Plan and drive product exports according to the plan and production function
• Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction
• Implement strategies and plans to develop the international business
• Co-sign various approvals in order to successfully complete the business
• Set prices and margins of products and services
• Lead the development of long-term business plans for overseas markets
• Manage marketing budget and promotion effectively 
• Coordinate various projects that have been assigned to achieve the objectives of the company
• Develop potential and career path of team members 

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in related field
• Excellence in English communication and other languages
• Availability to travel as needed   
• Able to use basic computer program
• Strong negotiation and management skills
