Recruitment Officer (Mass Recruitment)

Responsible:

• Responsible for recruiting Candidates for On Field positions.
• Handle recruitment process for Mass Recruitment.
• Source potential candidates from career websites, social media an professional platforms. - Create job posting and screen applications.
• Conduct phone/ online face to face prescreening with candidates.
• Present suitable candidates and arrange interview for hiring manager.
• Follow up interview feedback and keep candidates informed.
• Support administrative tasks for recruitment and related matters
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree in business or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Mass recruitment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability for adaptation to new environments is necessary. and always willing to learn and adapt
