Quality Assurance Team Lead (Automate Tester)

Job Description

• Ensuring a product meets the established standards of quality and performance required for distribution to customers.
• Performing visual inspections, recording quality issues, and planning processes to decrease the instance of defects in products.
• Design test scenarios from product requirements and convert them to automation test scripts to reduce resources usage.
• Drive the Quality mindset culture to all participants with Quality awareness blends into the end-to-end of the software development process to improve customer confidence and a company's credibility, and letting company to better compete with others.
• Tool : Robot Framework, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, Jmeter etc.

QUALIFICATION

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in QA with managing and leading a small team of testers.
• Solid understanding of test methodologies (Unit/API/UI tests) and tools in agile development process.
• Good technical knowledge, including the ability to communicate with various stakeholders to understand user stories, requirements, define acceptance criteria and test scripts.
• Good knowledge of Performance testing.
• Ability to report and support communication to multiple levels of stakeholders.
• Excellent listener and catch-up the point of requirement.
