Test Data Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Test Data Creation and Management:
• Design and create test data sets based on test case requirements.
• Maintain and update test data in alignment with evolving test scenarios.
• Ensure consistency and integrity of test data across various environments.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with QA engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand and gather test data requirements.
• Provide support and guidance on test data-related issues to the testing and development teams.
• Communicate test data management strategies and best practices effectively.
• Data Security and Compliance:
• Implement data masking and anonymization techniques to ensure data privacy and security.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies.
• Maintain documentation related to test data management processes and policies.
• Tools and Technologies:
• Utilize test data management tools and technologies to automate and streamline test data provisioning.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in test data management practices and tools.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for improving test data management processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of test data management.
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits of test data to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• Proven experience in test data management, quality assurance, or a related role.
• Experience with test data management tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of database management systems, SQL, and scripting languages.
