IT Planning

• IT Planning and Process Management Implement all related governance models, processes and related tool as per IT strategy (i.e. develop/facilitation adoption of the ITIL/COBIT/PCI-DSS Roadmap, identify and improve IT management process for cost-efficiency (cost of ownership as well benchmark performance, trends on a need to basis), and ensure ITG adopts the most pragmatic and efficient risk management governance processes within ITG related to reporting, controls (KPI/KRI/KCTs) and comply to local regulatory compliance (i.e. BOT, IOC insurance, SEC, PCI-DSS, ISO27x, NIST, ITIL/COBIT/BS79x/ISO/NIST/ etc as per IT strategy etc).
• IT Budget and Asset Management Perform IT budget management comprising of facilitation all IT Unit to collect/aggregate the needed IT budget, monitor, track, event-trigger and support all IT spending and developing IT Financial Portfolio to achieve financial efficiency and bank policy’s alignment and continuous collaborate with shared KPI's for ITG with Finance Business Partners, VC and Procurements.
• SNOW, IT Risk and IT Processes Responsible to ensure related IT4IT tools are implemented (under CoE support model for SNOW/Jira) and ensure adoption within TMB for all related Develop and implement IT Process improvement by adopting best practices, e.g., ITIL, COBIT for continuous improvement

IT Project Management

• Serve as the IT business partner with business for the purpose of solution discovery and technology development.
• Perform IT backlog management by control and track IT backlog (new project initiative and change request)
• Perform IT resource management to analyze, track and monitor the demand and supply of IT resource (both inhouse and outsource) to ensure the sufficiency of IT resource
• Collaborate with bank wide program manager
• Manage end to end IT project, work activities on a daily basis to ensure
• On time delivery
• Meet end to end requirement
• Meet expected quality
• Comply with governance and policy
• Ensuring the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed
• Implement IT Process Management. Ensure IT adopts the most pragmatic and efficient risk management governance processes and comply with regulatory and industry standard

IT Quality Assurance

• Manage and control the quality of software system development life cycle
• Organizing and controlling the Testing process
• Ensuring visibility, traceability, and control of testing process to deliver high-quality software
• Responsible for continuous improvement on the IT software delivery

Vendor Management

• Relationship Management & Contract Management
• Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.
• Ensure the approved vendors of their responsibilities and obligations.
• Troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to management as required
• Ensure to collaborate with IT areas to assure vendor partners effectively manage plus contracts are completely leveraged

Performance Management

• Identifying of opportunities for cost saving through strategic and approved vendors.
• Validating and eliminate hidden cost and indirect spending .
• Consolidate and provide dashboard and report in the area of vendor management
• Establishing standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors.
• Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them
• Ensure the vendor performance is able to satisfy all requirement
