How You’ll Make an Impact: (Responsibility)
Data Analytics & Insights
Conduct comprehensive data analysis and develop predictive models to support HR functions, such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, attrition and retention, learning and development, talent management, and employee engagement
Design and implement advanced analytics dashboards using Power BI and other visualization tools to provide actionable insights for HR leadership and business stakeholders
Perform statistical analysis and data mining on HR datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive strategic HR decisions
Develop and maintain key HR metrics and KPIs including attrition analysis, recruitment funnel optimization, performance analytics, and employee engagement scoring
Create automated reporting solutions that deliver real-time HR analytics to various stakeholders across the organization
Collaborate with HR business partners to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and data-driven recommendations
System Operations & Technology Management
Investigate and resolve operational issues by applying knowledge of the HRIS SAP SuccessFactors, security, business processes, and procedures for HR or other functional teams
Use scripts or other technologies like RPA to automate and optimize the procedures involved in human resources
Implement and manage automation solutions using M365 (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Bi, Copilot, Agent) and related tools
Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users
Maintain the optimal function of KBTG's internal HR information services systems including database management, installation, customization, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules
Facilitate migration to a unified HR technology and system if required
Research and recommend HR system efficiencies and process improvements to the existing HR system, technology, services, and application to provide positive customer experience
Innovation & Leadership
Drive digital transformation initiatives by researching, evaluating, and implementing emerging HR technologies and AI/ML solutions to advance KBTG's HR technology capabilities
Lead and train the HR Business Users by providing technical guidance, training in advanced analytics, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
Champion best practices in HR data governance, security protocols, and technology standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new solutions
Establish thought leadership in HR analytics and technology adoption, sharing expertise across the organization and maintaining knowledge of industry trends and developments
What Will Set You Up for Success: (Qualification)
Minimum 7 years of HRIS
Understanding of business process management, project management, and technical change management.
Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize HR tech systems.
Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team to interact with various stakeholders
Ability to analyze HR data and provide insights to improve HR processes.
Ability to utilize HR technology as an integral business solution.
Ability to interpret and analyze informational needs and provide technical guidance.
Familiarity with AI technologies and their potential applications in HR
SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central module is advantages
Power Platform: Power BI and Power Automate is advantages
