Project Management (Officer-Senior)

Job Description:

• Manage IT-related projects to ensure smooth operations and that project goals are achieved.
• Coordinate and build positive relationships between teams and various stakeholders to ensure the project is completed on time and meets the desired quality.
• Monitor and track the progress of the project, including managing resources and budgets according to the planned schedule.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical advice to the team.
• Prepare summary reports and present performance results to senior management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Age 27 and above.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or other relevant disciplines.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Background and experience in Information Technology (IT).
• Proficient in English, capable of using English in work effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of systematic and effective problem resolution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to present information and recommendations to management and teams clearly and engagingly.
• Ability to manage time effectively, with flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
• Prior experience with Japanese companies or working on projects involving Japanese culture is a plus.
