Digital E-Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving growth for E-Commerce by strategically manage and execute the lead generation activities to 4Careshop/ brand official store and successfully conversion to achieve growth target.
• In charge of E-Commerce operations to ensure a high service and delivery consumer satisfaction.
• Lead in campaign planning and target setting in all online channels, plan demand with the investment budget provided for all online campaigns.
• Work closely with agency partner/Enabler to develop promotion plan and E-Commerce campaign to drive the growth of E-Commerce business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Marketing or any related filed.
• A minimum of 3-5 years experiences preferably in E-Commerce, Brand.com, Account management of market place, E-Commerce Enabler, digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and be able to look at issues from different perspectives.
• Able to work independently and being a good team player.
• Business Planning and organizing.
• Be energetic, a proven achiever with strong leadership skills to drive & influence the strategic category agenda.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Possess a strong command of English.
