Job Description

• Manage and oversee all accounting activities across the hotel group

• Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in both Thai and English

• Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial control policies

• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across all hotel properties

• Consolidate financial data and prepare reports for senior management and ownership

• Ensure timely tax submissions, statutory filings, external audits, and compliance with legal requirements

• Utilize and manage TRCloud or other cloud-based accounting systems to record, monitor, and analyze financial data efficiently

• Develop and improve accounting procedures and internal control systems in accordance with international hospitality accounting standards

• Collaborate with hotel operational departments to provide accurate financial analysis and support business decision-making

• Supervise General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, and Fixed Asset Registers

• Apply advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, financial models, formulas, and dashboards for financial reporting

• Lead, supervise, train, and develop the accounting team while coordinating with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Financial Controller or General Manager

Qualifications

• Age 30–45 years

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• CPA or equivalent professional certification will be an advantage

• Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure

• Fluent in both Thai and English, both written and spoken

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience in the hospitality industry

• At least 2–3 years of experience i

• n an Accounting Manager or similar managerial position

• International hotel experience will be an advantage

• Experience managing accounting operations for multiple hotel properties (Cluster) will be an advantage
