Talent & Performance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Designing and managing talent management program such as management trainee program, core and functional development program.
• Developing career management related works for business units in charge.
• Develop mentoring and coaching sessions for employees.
• Build succession plans.
• Performing HR improvement projects as per assignment.
• Calculate employee engagement metrics, like retention and turnover rates.
• Perform benchmark analyses of compensation and benefits.
• Provide team members with direction for leadership and development initiatives
• Oversee sourcing and hiring procedures to ensure we attract and select high-potential employees.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, age not over 42 years old.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
• Over 5 Years of experience in HR Strategy, HRD, HR Consulting or related fields in a multinational organizationExcellent in English is a must.
• Having related experience in talent management, career management, competency management would be advantage.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to establish relationships with individuals and leaders.
