Partner with hiring managers and senior management to identify manpower requirements, planning and budgeting.
Take ownership and execute full-cycle recruitment, selection and onboarding processes through multiple sourcing channels and utilizing various tools to attract talented candidates.
Source and attract talent and handle special projects, such as creating innovative strategies to locate talent and assess a high volume of applications on a daily basis.
Design job descriptions and competency-based interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements and take accountability in interview evaluation feedbacks.
Drive employee referral program and rewards.
Report and maintain manpower plan, recruitment pipeline and metrics.
Manage recruitment agencies, colleges, and industry associations relevant to candidate sourcing and employer branding.
Manage time and effort across hiring projects: sourcing strategies, timelines and deliverables for projects, taking initiative to complete unanticipated or ad hoc tasks.
Communicate information and status to project leads and team members, coordinating work cross-functionally, and influencing peers, project leaders and/or managers.
Solve challenges and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data with quantitative or qualitative approaches, identifying alternatives when circumstances change, and seeking out responsibilities.
Manage and maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database with GDPR compliance and confidentiality.
Handle all relevant documents with highest confidentiality and execute administrative tasks as required.
Deliver results in a timely manner individually and through others. Initiate action and accomplish goals across a wide range of teams and projects in the face of multiple demands, grow professionally by actively staying up-to-date in areas of expertise.
Qualifications:
Holding a bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline. Master’s degree is a plus.
5 years+ work experience with demonstrated achievements in dynamic tech talent acquisition industry.
Passion in tech, entertainment and media industries is a huge plus.
Experience in effective selection evaluations e.g. competency based interviews
Professional working proficiency in English and Thai.
Ability to develop recommendations and implement solutions to promote ongoing improvements to Tencent 's recruitment efforts based on client needs.
Ability to anticipate stakeholders’ needs as well as managing expectations while delivering results under timeline pressure.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an effective attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations, and to influence and negotiate diplomatically and fairly with a range of stakeholders.
Excellent communication, teamwork and client service skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents.
Ability to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully.
Highly proactive, driven, and resilient.
Expertise in Excel, Outlook and other MS Office programs.
