Executive Assistant (HR)
Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments, ensuring optimal time management for executives.
Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Create compelling and professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, often from basic outlines or raw data.
Develop and maintain spreadsheets, track data, and generate reports using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, charts, and data analysis.
Act as a primary point of contact, screening and directing calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism and discretion.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
1-2 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, is essential.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
