    Project Coordinator (HR System Workday. contract)

    Position Details

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
    • Assist with the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
    • Maintain project files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and properly stored.
    • Coordination:
    • Coordinate project activities and resources as directed by the Project Manager.
    • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather information.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the project team.
    • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Track project progress and update status reports regularly.
    • Compile and distribute project-related documents and reports to stakeholders.
    • Resource Management:
    • Help manage project resources, including equipment and materials.
    • Assist in monitoring project expenditures and tracking budget allocations.
    • Coordinate the procurement of necessary supplies and services.
    • Risk and Issue Management:
    • Assist in identifying and logging project risks and issues.
    • Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation plans.
    • Monitor and follow up on action items related to project risks and issues.
    • Quality Assurance:
    • Assist in ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
    • Support the Project Manager in conducting quality reviews and audits.


    Job Profile:

    • Handle multiple tasks at the same time
    • Work with multiple parties both internal and external
    • Present in English and Thai from time to time
    • Use computer programs (Advance Excel) regularly


    Job Specification

    Qualification:

    Effective planning and priority setting. Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.

    • Understanding of grant management and allocations desired.
    • Knowledge of employment law as it applies to the administration of benefits, leaves, etc., preferred.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
    • Integrity, team spirit, and strong organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in a Microsoft Office environment (Excel, Word for Windows) is strongly preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary.


    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.


    Experience:

    • Previous experience in a project support or administrative role.
    • Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.
