Develop a 3-year plan on people strategy, implement and maintain Human Resources Management and Training systems to ensure that all people management policies and procedures align with the Company’s philosophies and all relevant legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain all human resources management policies related to recruitment, promotions, transfers, personnel administration, and employee relations.
Recruit and interview Department Heads and Managers.
Strategize compensation and benefits to maintain competitiveness in the market.
Monitor personal expenses and labor costs to achieve business results.
Oversee the 120-day probation period for senior management team members.
Add value through various activities, including regular manager meetings, manager conferences, and other functions.
Advise the Executive Committee and General Manager on human resources issues, including employee relations matters.
Advise and coach the People & Culture and Training Managers on HR-related matters as needed.
Analyze period-end reports on new hires, terminations, turnover, and resignation reasons to drive optimal business results.
Provide efficient manpower management at the store level to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze exit interview reports from all personnel terminating their employment to enhance engagement and reduce turnover.
Monitor the Employee Satisfaction Survey and address any issues or concerns highlighted.
Ensure job descriptions and person specifications are developed and updated regularly for all positions.
Ensure recognition systems for all employees are in place.
Maintain knowledge of all benefits available locally and within the systems.
Develop and deliver training programs as needed and assist all Managers with their departmental training requirements.
Ensure Orientation programs are conducted and followed as per corporate guidelines.
Develop an annual training plan according to outlet requirements.
Assist other Department Heads in career development planning.
Prepare budget information for employee relations, training, and all salary and wage requirements.
Oversee the establishment and functioning of the personnel employment and training department.
Establish goals and provide training and development for the Personnel and Training Manager to assist in their daily assignments.
Maintain an active source of potential employees to ensure staffing throughout the company.
Plan, implement, and monitor the HR budget and plan.
Update the HR strategic plan annually.
Ensure the HR monthly report is completed by the 10th of each month.
Attend and actively participate in Monthly HR Meetings.
Perform other duties as required by supervisors.
Training and Development:
Analyze performance appraisal results and ensure personnel development by working closely with all managers.
Ensure training needs analysis is conducted, implemented, and revised according to circumstances and progress in people development.
Keep training and development resources updated to support departmental development plans effectively.
General:
Work closely with Corporate Human Resources regarding policy, recruitment, termination of department heads and higher positions, monthly meetings and reports, strategic planning, and people development.
Perform other duties as requested by the CPO or General Manager.
Job Specifications:
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in international companies with a proven track record of achievements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
Strong in driving results and people management and development.
Job Profile:
Ability to work flexible hours and on holidays as needed.
English presentation skills.
Capability to train and coach key stakeholders (Operations Managers, District Managers, Restaurant Management Team, HR Team).
Proficiency in using computer programs.
Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
