Act as a Talent Advisor to the business and manage end-to-end recruitment of at Siemens Mobility Thailand including white-collars and blue-collars..
Develop and execute a strategic approach to talent acquisition, identifying the best recruiting and selection models to attract top candidates.
Work closely with line managers to understand business needs, create impactful job descriptions, and formulate relevant interview questions.
Leverage various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, community organizations, univertisites, and trade associations etc to source qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.
Maintain accurate records throughout the recruitment process using the Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
Assist hiring managers in determining competitive compensation packages for successful candidates.
Participate in employer branding initiatives, attend career fairs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective talent acquisition processes.

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Professional or similar role
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting of white collar and blue collar hiring
Knowledgeable of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), such as Avature.
Excellent verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills.
