Reporting to National Sales Manager. The incumbent is responsible for
Own the profit & loss and deliver key business objectives (online, offline) with respective customers.
Develop and implement joint business plan (JBP) together with execution with excellence in order to deliver joint target sell-out/in as aligned.
Responsible for delivery of excellence in-store fundamental and activation via working collaborate with Promoter team.
Accelerate online sales (omni strategy) through right assortment, efficient campaign, brand visibility and strong working collaboration with ECOM internal/external team.
Strengthen business relationship with the customers to gain disproportionate support to drive business growth.
Negotiate annual contracts with the customers to achieve profitable growth for Group & customers – with the support from National sales manager.
Explore new growth opportunities and develop new sales opportunities with existing channels.
Develop Business Review by monthly / quarterly together with action plan alignment with internal and customers in order to deliver target and commitment.
Monthly input accurate sale forecast and stock planning according to campaign / activation plan of responsible channel.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field, Master's degree is preferable.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Key Account Management in Electrical or FMCG industry
Good English literacy
Key Account Management skill i.e. understand and know how to delivery customer KPIs in each function.
