Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with modern trade clients, serving as the primary contact for all retention-related inquiries and issues.
Conduct regular visits to modern trade clients to gain insights into their needs, preferences, and challenges, ensuring a deep understanding of their business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for client satisfaction and retention.
Actively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services based on client needs and market trends.
Develop a thorough understanding of the modern trade industry landscape to anticipate and address potential challenges or market shifts.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the modern trade sector.
Strong Thai and English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless client interactions.
Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Willingness to travel regularly to visit modern trade clients and build strong, in-person relationships.
