    Key Account Manager

    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a key point of contact offering assistance with order placement, invoicing, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring timely payment collection.
    • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with modern trade clients, serving as the primary contact for all retention-related inquiries and issues.
    • Conduct regular visits to modern trade clients to gain insights into their needs, preferences, and challenges, ensuring a deep understanding of their business requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for client satisfaction and retention.
    • Actively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services based on client needs and market trends.
    • Develop a thorough understanding of the modern trade industry landscape to anticipate and address potential challenges or market shifts.


    Who are we looking for?

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the modern trade sector.
    • Strong Thai and English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless client interactions.
    • Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
    • Willingness to travel regularly to visit modern trade clients and build strong, in-person relationships.
