Facilitate and execute improvement initiatives across all operations touchpoints by engaging stakeholders and team members in process improvement exercises.
Review current practices across the operations department are by applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
Proactively identify key opportunities to improve business results by utilizing applicable methodologies and tools to design and implement viable solutions aimed at resolving root causes.
Ensure all KPIs are monitored and meet the target.
Effectively communicate necessary information to keep all stakeholders informed of progress, achievement of targets, and resolve the issue.
Prepare necessary reporting by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data trends.
Communicate gaps in process designs and implementations to upper management.
Working closely with departmental leads to plan, execute and monitor process improvement projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Engineering, BBA, or any related field
0-3 Years of working experience
Effective communication skills and good command of English.
Proficient in working with numbers and data organization, especially with MS Excel or Gsheet.
Able to work effectively and efficiently towards goals in a complex, diverse and fast-paced environment.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills with initiatives.
Customer-oriented, open-minded, eager to learn, have good interpersonal skills and have team spirit.
