    Responsibilities:


    Executive Support:

    • Manage, maintain, and assist in accomplishing daily tasks for the executive.
    • Take detailed notes during meetings, conferences, and day-to-day activities to ensure key information is captured and action items are tracked.
    • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and other executives to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Handle the reimbursement process for any executive expenses efficiently.
    • Maintain accurate and organized financial records for executive.


    General Administrative Support:

    • Oversee office cleanliness and organization, ensuring a neat and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.
    • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as necessary. Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
    • Assist in various administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the executive.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
    • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Willingness to work on weekends if necessary to support urgent business needs.
