Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective prospecting and networking.
- Create and implement sales plans to increase market share and enhance the company’s competitive position.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and prospects.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the team.
- Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as sales volume, revenue, and market trends.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data and insights to refine sales strategies and drive better results.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for new service offerings or enhancements to existing services.
Sales Process and Administration:
- Oversee the preparation and negotiation of sales contracts and agreements.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders and related documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Customer Acquisition and Retention:
- Develop and execute plans to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and promotional activities to attract potential customers.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
