    Business Development Manager (Japan)

    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities:

    Stakeholder Identification and Engagement:

    • Identify and connect with key stakeholders in the Japanese market, including distributors, retailers, and regulatory bodies.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships to foster business development opportunities.

    Distributor Partnerships:

    • Develop and close strategic partnerships with distributors in Japan to expand Bloom's reach and distribution network.
    • Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

    Export Operations Oversight:

    • Oversee and coordinate export operations from Thailand to Japan, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and efficient logistics.

    Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Japanese market.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute successful product launches and promotional campaigns.


    Who are we looking for?

    • Previous experience in cross-border commerce between Japan and Thailand
    • Proficiency in the Japanese language and strong cultural understanding.
    • Proven experience in the Pharmaceuticals, supplements, or beauty industry.
    • Demonstrated success in business development, including distributor partnerships and market expansion.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
