Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Identification and Engagement:
- Identify and connect with key stakeholders in the Japanese market, including distributors, retailers, and regulatory bodies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships to foster business development opportunities.
Distributor Partnerships:
- Develop and close strategic partnerships with distributors in Japan to expand Bloom's reach and distribution network.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Export Operations Oversight:
- Oversee and coordinate export operations from Thailand to Japan, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and efficient logistics.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Japanese market.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute successful product launches and promotional campaigns.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in cross-border commerce between Japan and Thailand
- Proficiency in the Japanese language and strong cultural understanding.
- Proven experience in the Pharmaceuticals, supplements, or beauty industry.
- Demonstrated success in business development, including distributor partnerships and market expansion.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
