International Business Manager
As the International Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to expand our business into new international markets. You will lead an International Business team, working closely with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure the successful launch and growth of our brands and products in targeted regions. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive international business strategies in line with the company's overall objectives.
- Actively manage Profit and Loss for international operations, optimizing revenue, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in target regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and distributors in international markets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective go-to-market strategies tailored to specific regions.
- Manage and lead team, providing guidance and support to achieve business goals.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
