Responsibilities
1. Increase sales order
- Contact and make an appointment to discuss with customers
- propose a slaes proposal
- Follow up and negotiation
- Close the deal
2. Increase sales revenues
- complete the cost sheet and order the products
- Coordinate with internal department to complete the ordering process
- Coordinate with customers and try to deliver products and get sales revenues as planned
3. Project management and cost control
- Calculate the cost of project such as chillers, Logistics and other expenses
- Monitor the cost with margin as planned until project completed
4 .Increse new customers
- Call to make an appointment new customers
- Discuss and get what they need.
- revist with solutions and try to turn them to the potential customers and keep in order pipe line
5. Maintain Existing customers
- VISIT THE EXISTING CUSTOMERS TO GET INFORMATION AND FEED BACK
- IMPROVE WHAT THEY COMMENTed and respond them immediately to maintain / increase satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical industrial or Equal/ Electrical Engineering or any related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Air conditioning business
- Specialist in Air conditioning background, HVAC System , Installation are preferable
- Good command of English communication
- Good personality and communication
- Active personality with the analytical mind, positive thinking, pleasant personality, teamwork, service minded ,continuous self- improvement and effective in time management
- Excellent in computer (MS-Office, presentation & spreadsheet software , Auto cad) and presentation skill are required
- Possess a car with valid license & willing travel
