Sales & Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Prospect, qualify and convert new business opportunities within the target market.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and client retention.

Qualifications:

• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Thai and English.
• Minimum 2-3 years in digital marketing or media sales with a strong track record.
• Industry Expertise: in-depth knowledge of the advertising and media industry, including digital trends and consumer behaviour.
• Digital Marketing Proficiency: comprehensive understanding of digital marketing services and ability to articulate their value.
• Strong Network: established relationships within the Thai advertising industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients efficiently.
• Problem-Solving Focus: experience in delivering client-centric solutions.
• Adaptability: thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Commitment to working full-time in our Bangkok office.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
