Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or a degree in Accounting is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector.
- Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong leadership and team management skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
