Work together with MD, Head of Sales, CM, CFO the list of markets to approach and support as well as the main targets for optimum GTM in each of the markets.
Define way of working with each market.
Support the distributors with the best go to market / structure and incentives
Responsibility for the final RTM to be implemented. Also responsible for the implementation and success (i.e Distribution Growth / NSV Growth ) of the project (together with Head of Sales and CM and BDM team).
Supporting the Sales team adherence to project
Help to drive the productivity plans ( expansion / distribution plan ).
Define sales process and routines with KHC commercial team
Support Commercial projects ( Distributor Partnership / Excellence Program ).
Help to manage our JBP ( Joint Business Plan ) and contracts through data availability
Work together with Sales Commercial team to drive the commercial plans ( Calendar of Activities ).
Work together with main distributors to get and consolidate data.
Provide sales team with commercial analysis and reporting as required.
Recommend and implement enhanced reporting processes.
