Build sales capability, primarily sales team under distributors
Work closely with field sales RSM, ASE, to provide proper training and professional proficiency for distributors and sales team
Responsible for salesman, turnover, execution KPIs, and Financial health of the distributor
Control 3rd party resource on delivering the desire outcome.
Plan the schedule and resource planning.
Negotiate the cost per man hour, total package and reimbursement within the budget control.
Test run all projects related for DT before mass roll out.
Provide the input for the outlet universe location with digital geo code mapping to the new design of distribution operational route structure, sales planning, for each province in the nation.
Work closely with DT Owner, ASM. DT Sales force, and closely work in the market.
Direct contact with shop owner and consumer.
Update weekly progress with business development head.
Monthly update the result of project with RSM and relevant field team.
Co-ordinate change plan with DT owner one month after the result and agree change tactical plan is agreed with field team.
Provide training coaching for DT standard of operational procedure, able to run DT as a DT owners, able to manage salesman as supervisor
Qualifications
3 to 5 years field experience require.
Outlet type and classification need to be part of the key competency.
Solid traditional trade, distributor management, and open trade market understanding required.
