    Position Details

    About the job

    • Drive retail sales to achieve business plan objective and maximize market share.
    • Achieve wholesale and production targets as outlined in the business plan and maximize profitability.
    • Maintain optimal stock levels at each Distributor, ensuring they are reasonable and efficient.
    • Ensure the distributor delivers an exceptional customer experience to every customer.
    • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the assigned cluster.
    • Work with Distributor to grow fleet sales business in assigned cluster.
    • Conduct thorough market analysis (industry, segmentation, competition) and collaborate with the distributor to develop strategic action plans.
    • Monitor distributor funding and ensure they have adequate funding to support the production plan.
    • Support the distributor in developing and executing new model launch plans.
    • Provide expertise and assistance to related departments on matters pertaining to the assigned cluster.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing Management or any related field
    • At least 5 years of experience as Sales Zone Manager or equivalent position within automotive industry.
    • Exhibit leadership and strong critical thinking skills.
    • Excellent command of English language
    • Computer literacy (Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Flexible and able to travel internationally
