Relationship Manager
Responsibilities:
Understand SME client’s needs and identify the opportunities for the bank
Establish relationships with new SME clients and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships with existing clients
Design call plan/customer visit plan
Create and execute account plans for the clients under one’s portfolio
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of SME business solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Qualifications:
Bachelor or above in BA, Finance, Accounting
Experience in banking 1-3 years
Sales, Credit analytical, Risk and Portfolio management skills in SME business
