Responsibilities:
Work with Team lead to formulate the training strategy and implementing plan
Develop the training structure which support agency development policy according to the company strategic business plan and workstream
Conduct and supervise all involved staffs to run training program and courses as plan in the region according to the company guideline and strategic target
Personal and team development
Manage the budget according to AIA guidelines and policies. Perform other duties as assigned with quality
Qualifications:
University degree in Finance, Insurance, Economics, Business management or related field
At least 3-5 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry, 3 years or more in sales or training experience.
Have an understanding or working knowledge of life insurance products & process
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills.
Excellent planning, problem solving
Able to travel across within responsibility area (Bangkok, Northeastern, Southern, Central and Northern)
Hold IC License or AFPT, CFP would be plus
