Project Manager (PM) / Project Management Officer (PMO) – AEC Market

Job description

• Perform as key leading and/or supporting roles to manage business projects in AEC to achieve goal.
• Establish and maintain guideline for project management standard and processes in project under agile-methodology approach.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders including Thai business team, AEC local team, and IT vendors to perform their roles in project accordingly.
• Develop project goals, project action planning, and progress tracking to deliver as per scope, timeline, resources, risk, and budget.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills, decision making, task prioritization, and proper escalation to resolve issues.
• Prepare and report project progress and/or business performance to top management.
• Facilitate and coordinate for cross-projects / cross-countries activities to achieve business goal together.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/ Master degree in any fields
• Experiences in project management / project management officer role
• Experience working in financial firm, start-up companies, and/or well-known consulting firm
• Experience in driving business team, developing go-to-market strategy, digital marketing technology, and/or regional work are a plus
• High self-driven, fast learning, ability to adopt to local culture
• Problem-solving and cross-culture collaboration skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power-point
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) is a must
