Job Description:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting C-level executives, directors, and senior management
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies to promote and sell executive education programs
Conduct high-level consultative sales presentations focusing on executive development solutions
Create customized proposals addressing specific leadership development needs of enterprise clients
Collaborate with program directors and subject matter experts to tailor solutions for executive clients
Host and facilitate executive roundtables and networking events
Generate detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in executive education, management consulting, or enterprise software
Proven track record of closing high-value deals with C-level decision makers
Strong business acumen and ability to understand executive-level business challenges
Experience in selling training solutions, leadership development programs, or digital transformation initiatives
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills for C-level audiences
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools (Zoho, Airtable, Google Workspace)
Deep understanding of current business trends, especially in digital transformation, leadership development, and corporate innovation
