Conduct thorough research on market trends and competitors’ movements to identify potential gaps and define approaches to seize opportunities in digital era
Actively assist in development of the company digital strategy and appropriate digital transformation roadmap corresponding to company corporate strategy and aspirations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams e.g. technology, marketing, leasing, property and relevant business units to integrate digital strategy into applicable aspects of the business.
Evaluate and prioritize digital initiatives to achieve defined growth and efficiency of the organization
Spearhead the implementation of strategic digital projects and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver the project successfully
Deeply understand the nature of company business and act as a digital solution provider to business units
Advocate for changes and promote a digital mindset across the organization
Actively contribute to a digital-first culture that embraces innovation, collaboration and creative thinking
Stay up to date on the latest trends in business and technology through continuous learning and research
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in top tier tech consulting (Accenture and IBM), management consulting, business development, or a related field.
Minimum of bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or entrepreneur from reputable universities. MBA or master’s degree in a related field is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of digital technologies and platforms and experience in delivering digital strategy and transformation projects are highly valuable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for technology and innovation and a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a world-leading company.
Fluency in English and Thai is a must.
