Provide short and long-term corporate strategic plans which identifies key business priorities
Set financial and operational targets and translate plans to implementable blueprint for each business unit within PTG Group
Collaborate effectively with head of business units and stakeholders in the development and execution of strategic plans
Develop corporate/ business KPI framework, monitor and evaluate business unit strategies and execution to achieve company’s goals
Research and analyze internal & external information (trends, industry and competitors) for relevant business insights and developing strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in MBA, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Science or related field.
3-5 years of experience in management consulting or corporate planning in a leading international organization and experience with a leading real estate developer is preferred
