Assume responsibility for managing multiple projects
Lead and direct teams and work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
Build trust-based relationships with clients through close collaboration, understanding their concerns, designing tasks/project plans, and gaining acceptance for the team’s proposed solutions
Communicate findings and recommendations as deliverables to clients
Provide hands-on support in executing solutions to achieve project goals
Marketing and Sales
Responsible for overseeing various sales and marketing activities
Assist in the development and pitching of proposals
Acts as a company representative at conferences and events to expand the company’s network
Organization
Offer mentorship and guidance to junior consultants, ensuring exceptional project delivery and fostering their professional growth
Contribute to the development of the company’s consulting methodology and approach
Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
1 - 3 years of experience in consultant, business or related fields
Good command of written and spoken English and Thai
Inquisitive mindset
Enjoy learning new things and initiating new changes
Strong commitment to results, output quality and deadline
