    Vice President - Brand Strategy

    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Create and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company's vision, mission, and objectives.

    - Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform brand positioning.

    - Oversee all aspects of brand management, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and overall brand experience.

    - Lead and mentor the brand strategy team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

    - Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution across all touchpoints.

    - Conceptualize and execute innovative brand campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

    - Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor and assess brand performance, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

    - Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, partners, and agencies.

    - Manage and allocate the brand strategy budget effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve strategic goals.

    - Serve as a brand ambassador and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.


    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field; MBA preferred.

    - Minimum 10 years of experience in merchandising, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in budget control and OTB management required.

    - Strong analytical and financial acumen.

    - Proven ability to develop and execute merchandising strategies that drive results.

    - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    - Proficiency in merchandising software and data analysis tools.

    - Ability to travel as needed for vendor meetings and trade shows.

    - Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
