    Position Details

    Responsibilities

    • Fuel Business Growth:
    • Play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by identifying and pursuing new property opportunities that align with our growth strategy.
    • Market Insights:
    • Conduct research on market trends, identify potential partners, and provide actionable insights to refine and enhance strategic plans.
    • Deal Evaluation:
    • Analyze the potential of properties, assessing their profitability and viability to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Relationship Building:
    • Establish and maintain strong connections with property owners, fostering relationships and negotiating mutually beneficial deals.
    • Results Tracking:
    • Set ambitious sales targets, monitor performance, and regularly report progress and results to management.
    • Closing Deals:
    • Navigate negotiations skillfully, presenting compelling reasons for collaboration, and successfully closing agreements.


    Job Requirements

    • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
    • Proven success in sales with a strong track record.
    • Industry experience in real estate, hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
    • Skills:
    • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
    • Demonstrated ability to close deals and negotiate contracts effectively.
    • Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
    • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
    • Language Proficiency:
    • Fluent in English and Thai. Knowledge of Mandarin or other Asian languages is a plus.
    • Additional Qualities:
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial setting is advantageous.
