Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok platforms.
Manage and optimize daily performance campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
Ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and weekly/monthly OKRs.
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and key account teams, to develop and execute engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
Work closely with the Leader and other team members to meet and exceed the company's business objectives.
Analyze and report campaign performance metrics to ensure ongoing optimization.
Identify new growth and revenue generation opportunities through data-driven insights.
Stay up-to-date with platform-specific best practices, features, and trends to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.
Develop a deep understanding of the Shopee and Lazada ecosystems, their tools, and capabilities to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Support enabling e-commerce sales strategies for Singaporean and Thai brands on Shopee and Lazada platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, business or any related field
1-3 years (digital) marketing / ecommerce marketing experience, either working with ecommerce platforms, or a marketing role in a media agency / ecommerce enabler / distributor, internet start-up or in an international brand
Strong analytical skills with excellent sense of data and numbers
Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
Extensive knowledge of Google AdWords OR ecommerce Marketplace Search Ads essential
Prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
Open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
Good command in English and Thai communication.
Thrive in a fast-paced start-up and ecommerce environment.
