Main Responsibilities:
1. Grow Omni-channel Membership Acquisition and Retention
- Champion in developing and executing CRM campaigns to drive member acquisition and increase retention. Ensure smooth launch of the always-on and on-demand CRM calendar.
- Planning, developing, implementing, and managing membership and segment-based campaigns.
- Work closely with the corporate CRM team to deliver actionable insights to evolve membership campaigns to be the best practice in the market.
- Optimize, measure, analyze, and incorporate the use of customer analytics to improve CRM offers and test pipelines.
2. Owned-Channel Customer Experience Improvement
- Own and develop look and feel, and customer journey to build a reliable and distinctive owned-digital channels order experience.
- Lead execution of marketing calendar launch in the owned-digital channels to meet conversion target.
- Work closely with the digital team and cross-functions to grow and scale the personalization features that help digitize members.
3. Other Operations
- Manage campaigns and activities within budget.
- Analyze CRM metrics and all funnel digital channels in revenue, ROI, conversion, and customer engagement targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Work collaboratively with partners and cross-functions daily to deliver excellent execution and data enrichment.
Qualifications
- Proven 5 years of work experience in the area of CRM areas, or membership management in retail business or e-commerce business. Strong e-commerce knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure, avid learner, and open-minded.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability of data-driven decision-making.
- Prior experience managing CRM and e-commerce campaigns (platform implementation, campaign optimization, A/B test).
- Good understanding of the mobile app, media, and online community.
- Proficiency in English and Thai communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter who is resourceful and self-sufficient.
- Strong drive for results, innovation, and people management.
- Good connection and networking with the industrial bodies.
