Liaise with internal stakeholders to design a cohesive & customized partner marketing strategy with clearly defined measurable outcomes across subs, reach & EMV
Align channel and brand strategies with partner marketing campaigns to achieve campaign objectives.
Leverage on partner platforms such as on-air, online, print, EDM, SMS, radio, social media, on-ground to amplify campaign reach and awareness.
Oversee any on-ground activation/campaign for brand presence and maintain share of voice in the market - drive acquisition, retention and increase subscribers' engagement.
Develop sales incentive programs and support partners on frontliner engagement programs such as quarterly key content & sales training sessions.
Brief in and deliver campaign creative assets for partners.
Compile post-campaign reports with performance and result analysis.
Conduct in-depth analysis of partner performances to shape partner marketing strategies and deliver data-driven recommendations.
Manage external vendors for marketing collaterals/premiums/media drops/festive gifts.
Plan and manage partner budgets by tracking campaign spends and payment processing.
Work with internal comms team and partners to develop and implement strategic public relations activities to generate publicity of channels and key content.
The Essentials
Bachelors’ degree : 5 – 7 year’s experience in partner marketing across affiliates, MVPDs, telcos, digital partners
Experienced and skilled in developing best in class multi-media partner marketing campaigns that are creatively compelling & customized to partners. Should have firm grasp on media planning across TV, digital, OOH, social
Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work in an evolving and fast paced environment – collaborative & collegiate
Ability to communicate cross functionally and across levels.
Excellent presentation making and presentation skills + ability to blend strategic vision with seamless and on point execution
Comfortable with follow ups and chasing the ball to the last mile
Deep understanding and relationships within the Thailand partners landscape
