Senior E-commerce Executive
Responsibilities:
Develop category/brands trade plan and prioritize campaign level for each platform to drive commercial performance to achieve target
Drive and lead the working collaboration with platforms and brand team to deliver best in class online execution and gaining optimal shopper experience.
Create campaign mechanics promotional schemes and personalized content for different online channels that fit with platform’s insight
Work with marketing team to manage media budget with ability to optimize the key investment vs visibility gained from platform channels, including marketplace, websites, social media, email marketing, mobile apps, and search engine marketing (SEM).
Efficient stock management with key stakeholders.
Monthly performance analysis with pre/post campaign evaluation and ROI management
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in omni-channel marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field, digital marketing, Brand KAM or AM background would be advantageous
3 years solid experience in E-Commerce (either brand or platform), Experience in E-Retailer is a plus
Commercial mindset with creativity
Selling and negotiation skills
Excellent teamwork and influencing skills to gain collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Able to solve the problem effectively with strategic thinking skill
Dynamic, Flexible, and High responsibility
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in omni-channel.
Good English literacy
Proficient in Excel
