Execute campaign strategies and mechanics, that are aligned with the interests of Central App and our partners
Initiate new promotional mechanics in association with campaign objectives
Review and monitor featured brand performance, as well as daily sales performance
Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as marketing communication, and merchandise teams to identify the needs of each campaign and brief teams accordingly, to ensure timely delivery
Support campaign journey planning and assortment selection
QA and provide feedback on the copy and visuals used for communication, to ensure consistency and alignment with Central’s CI and omnichannel positioning
Stay up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to proactively suggest adaptations to the campaign strategy
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data analysis or related fields
Minimum 2 years of work experience in campaign management, project management or similar roles in an e-commerce or retail company
Comfortable with large amount of data
Proactive and able to adapt to a fast-paced and challenging work environment
Good command of English (both verbally and in written form)
