So, what about the role? We are looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & CRM who will be based in, Bangkok, Thailand with the following key responsibilities;
CRM Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies targeting both research panelists and the client database.
- Manage the CRM lifecycle, focusing on segmentation, onboarding, engagement, and retention for both groups.
- Lead initiatives to increase panelist acquisition, improve engagement rates, and optimize the user experience for research participants.
- Oversee client relationship management, ensuring smooth communication, personalized engagement, and effective data utilization.
Digital Marketing Leadership
- Design & lead digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and nurture client relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (research, product, and sales) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Optimize email marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and content marketing efforts to reach and engage target audiences.
- Use data analytics to measure and improve campaign performance, identifying areas for growth and refinement.
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting
- Setting up and analyze CRM data to derive actionable insights for enhancing panelist and client engagement strategies.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
- Leverage insights from proprietary communities to provide recommendations that support product development and client strategies.
Community Engagement & Experience
- Design and implement engagement strategies that foster long-term relationships with research panelists, ensuring high satisfaction and participation.
- Drive the development of loyalty programs, incentives, and communication plans that resonate with panelists and enhance their involvement.
- Work closely with community managers to maintain an active, engaged, and diverse community of research participants.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop tailored engagement plans for new prospects, existing clients, supporting long-term partnerships and maximizing client satisfaction.
- Oversee the integration of client feedback into product and service improvements, ensuring continuous enhancement of our offerings.
What we’d like you to have
- 5+ years of experience in CRM management, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in a digital research agency or similar industry.
- Strong expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful CRM and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with market research processes, panel management, and community engagement best practices is a plus.
- Great to have Experience in an agency setting, with knowledge of website analytics, SEO, and SEM tools, is preferred
- Experience in optimizing campaign performance within allocated budgets
