What you’ll Do:

• Overall planning, implementation, and realization of LINE MAN Mart strategy as a business owner with full responsibility on P&L management.
• Analyze, monitor, and evaluate business performance, and implement an action plan to improve business performance.
• Analyze customer insights based on data-driven analysis to better understand consumer needs.
• Identify and establish critical action milestones to ensure that all processes are aligned in order to achieve the overall goal and objectives.
• Manage direct reports KPI and performance.

What you’ll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in marketplace, growth or e-commerce role.
• Experience in e-commerce, media business, or tech companies is a plus.
• Confident in processing and analyzing complex data sets using Excel or Google Sheet.
• Strong analytical skills and isn’t afraid of deep-dive analysis.
• A start-up mindset, willing to work hard, and do whatever it takes to get things done, sometimes under pressure, but usually in a dynamic environment.
• Have an entrepreneur mindset, high ownership on the responsible tasks, have a business sense while have a good harmony along the execution.
