About the job
• Work together with Leaders to formulate strategy and project planning
• Manage cross functional projects end-to-end; planning, execution, and evaluation
• Provide analytical support to strategic initiatives, provide on-going visibility to strategic initiative performance, ensuring activities align with company and function business objectives.
• Provide communications support: reports, memos, presentations, internal and external communications
• Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information for the Leaders and Management level to facilitate efficient decision making. Continually review processes, implementing improvements for maximum efficiencies, and works with various stakeholders to drive results
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience
• E-Commerce/ Consulting Background is a big plus
• Highly analytical and data-driven, Proficient in quantitative analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint, SQL is a plus
• Project management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments (both local & regional)
• Confident to effectively interact with senior management
