Develop integrated marketing campaigns from the concept to the mechanics to create campaign impact, gain sales, acquire new customers and build repeat business.
Support merchandise category and set detailed tasks.
Manage the campaign operations, including traffic sources, site resources, visuals, designs and communication etc.
Work with merchandise and collaborate on joint promotional campaigns; leverage the best market resources.
Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success.
Help refine the system and development as needed as it relates to the campaign.
Analyze competitive landscape, campaign tracking data, and online & offline marketing trends in order to generate viable ideas and opportunities for the campaign plans.
Monitor the performance of campaigns and provide all the resources required to meet campaigns targets.
Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous campaigns by analyzing data; use conclusion and insights to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above.
3-5 years working experience and 3 years in campaign planning and management, eCommerce marketing.
Strong problem-solving and analytical and logical reasoning skills.
