E-commerce Specialist
Job Description:
- Implement sales strategy, achieve KPIs, involving AIOT GMV target, profit, stock turnover, market share, and growth rate, etc.
- Responsible for the internal and external communication and coordination of Thailand E-commerce, including channel management, E-commerce platforms, etc.
- Monitoring and managing all E-commerce channels, covering budget, on-site and offsite marketing, B2B order fulfillment, after-sales problem, data collecting and campaign analysis.
- Work closely with E-com platforms, optimize sales and promotional campaigns to boost sales of Xiaomi E-commerce business.
Job Requirment:
- Proficient either in English or Chinese is a must.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce on categories in any of mobile and gadgets, electronics or home appliances; overseas markets exploring experience preferred.
- Agile thinking, strong communication skills, proactively work and collaborate across departments, willing to accept the challenge, ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment.
- Familiar with SEA E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok Shop) is preferable.
- Degree in business management or project management is preferable.
