Research Chinese consumer trends to select products that meet market demands.
Organize promotional campaigns to boost sales during major Chinese online shopping festivals.
Develop publicity plans to enhance visibility across multiple channels.
Collaborate with Customer Service and Tech teams to improve platform usability and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Analyze sales and customer data to understand consumer behavior and refine strategies for greater efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce or online business in Thailand or China.
Fluency in Thai, English, and Chinese (HSK5 or equivalent) is a key requirement for this role.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and social media in China.
Understanding of Chinese consumer needs and preferences.
Awareness of product trends and market dynamics.
